Welcome to Aiduzia! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (aiduzia.com), and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or placing an order via our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “We”, “us”, “our” means Aiduzia.
• “You”, “your”, “customer” means the individual or entity purchasing or using services/products from Aiduzia.
• “Products” refers to any kids’ clothing, school accessories, toys, or other items offered for sale on our site.
• “Order” means your request to purchase Products from Aiduzia pursuant to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts to use or make purchases on Aiduzia. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase Products subject to these Terms.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason (e.g., out‑of‑stock items, errors in pricing or product description, suspected fraud).
• Once we accept your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which means your contract with us has been formed.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping or delivery charges are extra and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
• We accept payment by the methods listed on our site. You agree to pay all charges for your Order, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.
• In case of any payment authorization problems (e.g., insufficient funds, invalid payment details), we may cancel the order or refuse to deliver the item.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to addresses within India. 
• Delivery times will vary depending on the location. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs in case of cross‑border, natural calamities).
• Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or other proof.
• Items must be returned in unused / original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges (size, color or variant) are subject to availability. If the replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product, within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs for returns depend on cause: if the error is ours (defective or wrong item), we cover; otherwise, return shipping may be borne by you unless otherwise stated.

7. Product Information & Pricing Errors

• We make every effort to display products accurately (including colors, designs, size charts). However, actual product may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances.
• In case of mis‑priced item (obvious error) or incorrect product description, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed under the incorrect price.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website (images, designs, logos, text, layout) is owned by Aiduzia or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish or otherwise use such content without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site and placing orders, you consent to such collection and use.
• We may send you order confirmations, shipping updates, promotional messages — you may opt out of promotional messages.
• We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no online service is totally risk‑free.

10. Use of the Site

• You agree not to misuse the website (e.g. by uploading malicious code, interfering with site operation, cheating in coupon usage).
• You agree to provide correct information (address, contact, payment) when registering or placing orders.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Limitations of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Aiduzia’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or Products is limited to the amount paid by you for the particular Product(s) in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Cancellations

• You may cancel an order before it has been shipped.
• If cancellation request comes after shipment, additional charges may apply (return shipping, restocking, etc.).
• Refunds or credit in case of cancellation will follow our refund policy (“Returns & Exchanges & Refunds” above).

13. Coupons, Discounts & Promotions

• Coupons or discount codes may have expiry dates, limited applicability (certain products, categories, minimum order value).
• Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to revoke or change promotions if misuse or error is detected.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, acts of terrorism, etc.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically those applicable in the State of Kerala.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panchayath Office Road, Near Bus Stand, Kallara, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, 695608.

16. Changes to Terms

We may revise or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective from the date they are posted. Continued use of the site after changes denote your acceptance of the new Terms.
