  • Once the returned product is received, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets return eligibility.
  • After successful verification, the return will be approved, and the refund will be processed within 24 hours of approval.

  • Store credits will be added instantly to your Aiduzia account after confirmation.

Refund Timeline

  • For original payment methods, the refunded amount may take 2–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Charges

  • Refunds will exclude shipping charges, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy
